VIVID has appointed Charles Alexander to its Board, effective from the beginning April 2021 as Chair designate, taking over from current Chair Mike Kirk in July 2021.
Charles’ background in the private sector consisted of 25 years at Rothschilds and over 10 years with General Electric. With Board positions and directorships across a range of globally quoted companies, a number of non-executive director roles in the public and private sector, he is also currently Chair of the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust.

Commenting on his appointment, Charles said:
