Our research team excels at finding and developing top candidates while supporting business growth through a broad, sector-focused knowledge base. We primarily conduct research via direct contact with candidates and sources by telephone, complemented by our database, online tools, and industry publications. By encouraging creative and out-of-the-box thinking, our Researchers have achieved notable success in unexpected and dynamic cross-sector placements.
Researchers independently plan and deliver projects, exclusively, over three weeks to attract and assess top candidates. Unlike many firms, our team works across sectors and collaborates with the entire consulting group. One week we may seek a Chair for a major corporation, the next a Director for a national museum, or a Director General for a government department. This focus on one assignment at a time allows us to deeply understand markets, thoroughly map opportunities, and engage the best talent. You’ll interact with some of the most influential people in the country.
