She also supports on social impact, health, multi academy trust and family business/ family office appointments. She joined the firm from industry having had a successful career that spanned education, not for profit and financial services. Some of her proudest moments have been the work done by high performing teams that she has lead. She is a member of our Diversity and Inclusion Committee and is actively involved in pushing the diversity and inclusion agenda for the organisation. Given her cross sector experience she is passionate about finding leaders who are keen to accelerate the pace and impact of organisations from a wide range of backgrounds.
Vidhu is a trustee of Hopscotch Women’s Centre and The Wren Project. Vidhu studied Law at Bristol University, and holds an MSc in International Development from the University of Bath. Born and raised in Zambia, Vidhu loves to travel.
