Vidhu Sood-Nicholls

Vidhu brings in sector experience having operated at senior levels within the not for profit and corporate sectors, most recently as Director of Fundraising at Teach First. She started her career as teaching in South London on the second cohort of the Teach First programme. At Saxton Bampfylde she works with a broad range of organisations including those committed to young people, social justice and  a fair education, making senior executive and non-executive appointments. In 2025, Vidhu was elected by her peers to serve a second term as Trustee of Saxton Bampfylde. In this role, she champions the firm’s inclusive culture and represents the collective interests of all employees.

Outside of work she is an active Board member herself. She also spends a lot of time resisting her children’s requests to get a family puppy. Vidhu studied Law at Bristol University, before completing her MSc in International Development from the University of Bath.
