Sian Wild

Sian joined Saxton Bampfylde in 2010 as a Researcher, during which time she has served as Team Leader and our Health Practice Group Secretary.

Sian previously worked in a variety of advertising roles for The Times & Sunday Times Newspapers, as Group Head and latterly, as one of a pioneering team of three that brought ‘Fashion’ to the broad sheet press. Having moved to Wiltshire and following a short career break to raise her children, Sian joined the NHS, coordinating the Diabetic Retinal Screening programme for two Primary Care Trusts. Until recently, Sian was a Trustee on the Rockbourne Fair Committee, helping to raise funds for the MRI Scanner Stars Appeal for Salisbury District Hospital.

Drawing on her wealth of experience in private, public and not for profit organisations, Sian combines a curiosity, commitment and creativity to identify exceptional candidates. ‘We speak to some extraordinary individuals, often placing them in hugely significant institutions. Following their achievements and the good work they do in these appointments is quite astonishing’. 11 years on Sian still finds the breadth and reach of search captivating and immensely fulfilling.
