Rhys O’Connell-Davies

Project Coordinator & Trustee

Rhys joined Saxton Bampfylde in 2017 as a Project Coordinator and works across the Health and Public sector practices. Rhys provides excellent assistance with the logistics and smooth execution of the team’s search projects. Previously Rhys has worked as an Administrator for various international private sector organisations. Rhys has been a member of Saxton Bampfylde’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and, in 2025, Rhys was elected by colleagues to serve as a Trustee, championing our culture and values, and representing the collective interests of all employees.
