Mary leads Saxton Bampfylde’s Scotland office with deep expertise in executive search and leadership consulting. Mary joined Saxton Bampfylde in 2017 after moving back to the UK following two years in Myanmar working for a boutique Executive Search firm based in Yangon, working across multiple sectors. Mary began her career working for a leading sector specialist Executive Search firm in the insurance industry focusing on executive and non executive roles in the UK and Europe. Mary graduated with a BA in Russian & Spanish from Trinity College Dublin.
