Appointed to this role in 2025, Kate brings over fifteen years of experience with the firm, having previously served as Managing Partner since 2021.
In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Kate remains an active consultant and valued member of the firm’s private sector practice, where she works with clients on both executive and non-executive appointments. She leads the firm’s work in the legal and professional services sector and family-owned businesses, bringing deep expertise to these areas.
During her time at the firm, Kate has demonstrated her commitment to the firm’s governance, having been twice elected to the Trustee board where she completed two terms. Her international experience includes a significant period working with the firm’s partner office in Vancouver, broadening her global perspective on executive search and leadership consulting.
Kate is passionate about supporting purpose-led organisations, and most enjoys partnering with clients to ensure genuine cultural and values alignment. Kate has a degree in Music from Cambridge University and is a Trustee with London Youth Choirs.
