Modern Slavery

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes a number of forms, including slavery, servitude, forced or coerced labour or services, and human trafficking. Saxton Bampfylde is committed to acting with integrity in all aspects of its work and operation and has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery whether within the business or in its supply chain.

We require our suppliers to provide similar assurances. As part of our contracting processes, we include specific prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory or trafficked labour, or anyone held in slavery or servitude, whether adults or children, and we expect that our suppliers will hold their own suppliers to the same high standards.
