St Peter’s C of E Primary Academy, nestled on the beautiful Lincolnshire coast, is seeking an exceptional and visionary Head of School to join our thriving community. Rated as excellent in our July 2023 SIAMs inspection, we are a school with a strong Christian ethos where children, staff, and families flourish in an environment of academic excellence and inclusive values. We are looking for a leader who will inspire our pupils to become all that God intended them to be whilst working in close partnership with our Executive Headteacher to shape the future of our school.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership and management of St Peter’s whilst continuing to teach part-time, demonstrating inspirational classroom practice. A strength in Mathematics would be advantageous as you’ll have the opportunity to lead this subject across the school. You’ll join a supportive, ambitious Senior Leadership Team shared with Ulceby St. Nicholas C of E Primary, working collaboratively to drive standards, improve outcomes, and create a creative, happy, and successful school environment.
