Candidates for the role will be inspirational and visionary leaders with a high level of knowledge and credibility in the world of music. They will be able to serve as an outstanding ambassador for the College and the future of music. The postholder will need to be strategic, helping the College navigate the issues facing the conservatoire sector in the coming years. Candidates will need to bring a strong commitment to supporting students, and a track record in furthering equity, diversity, inclusion and access.
