As Regius Keeper, you will set and drive RBGE’s strategic vision, enhancing its reputation in botanical science, education, and public engagement. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee a £100-million capital development programme, and play a key ambassadorial role, forging partnerships across government, philanthropy, and commercial enterprises.
We are looking for an inspiring and commercially astute leader with experience in delivering transformational change, income generation, and high-level stakeholder engagement. A passion for conservation and environmental sustainability is essential.
