As part of the Senior Management Team, the Finance Director will work closely with the Co-Executive Producers, Senior Producers, Artistic Director, and Board to help the company achieve its commercial and creative goals, whilst ensuring financial stability. This pivotal role will be central to safeguarding Punchdrunk’s long-term success, in addition to fostering long-term growth. The Finance Director will oversee all financial operations across the company’s portfolio, from managing the overall financial health of the organisation to providing financial leadership for multiple ambitious projects, each at varying stages of development.
Candidates will bring substantial experience in financial management and operational efficiency, with a knowledge of the entertainment, arts, or project-driven industries, with a proven track record of supporting complex, high-impact projects. They will have a deep understanding of the financial intricacies of large-scale productions, alongside a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to leadership. With excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving creative environment, the Finance Director will be able to manage competing priorities, while providing clarity and guidance to senior leadership and external partners alike.
