The Ploughshare Board is looking to welcome a new Non-Executive Director, to strengthen the team and help shape the strategic direction of the business, supporting and challenging the executive in delivering Ploughshare’s ground-breaking vision and work.

You will have senior level experience of working in or with fast-moving, research-led, start-up businesses. You will bring first-hand experience of identifying how to best commercially exploit research ideas. You will be an excellent communicator, able to work well with people from a very wide range of backgrounds. You will bring passion, energy and a commitment to Ploughshare’s innovative and cutting-edge work.
