The Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) is the UK’s leading recognised professional insolvency body. Its principal aim is to promote and maintain high standards of performance and professional conduct amongst those engaged in insolvency practice, it is also a membership body providing training and development for professionals who work in and around insolvency.

The IPA are seeking a dynamic and principled leader to take on the role of CEO. This person will work with the president and the board to provide strategic direction and management of the organisation. The CEO will foster a culture of continuous improvement and leading with integrity to inspire trust and confidence among members, the public and other stakeholders.

The CEO will bring senior leadership and management experience with significant budgets and teams. They will have experience working with complex internal and external stakeholders, and they will have experience of working with regulatory policy and/or working in a regulated sector.
