Ibraaz, a pioneering not-for-profit cultural organisation championing contemporary art from the Middle East and North Africa, is seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to lead its transformative expansion from an online platform, into a six-story arts hub in Central London. This landmark role demands an ambitious, operational leader who can translate a creative vision conceived by Founder Lina Lazaar, into an operational reality. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a complex, multidisciplinary cultural space, overseeing diverse programming across physical and digital platforms, leading a small collaborative team, and driving strategic financial planning. With a deep commitment to fostering cultural exchange, the COO will play a pivotal role in establishing Ibraaz as a dynamic international institution that empowers artists and creates meaningful dialogue.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in cultural institution management, exceptional leadership skills, and a genuine passion for arts and cross-cultural engagement. They must demonstrate strong organisational capabilities, sensitivity to global cultural contexts, and the ability to build international partnerships, particularly with organisations in the global south.
