Greater Share
Executive Director
Charity CEOs spend huge amounts of time on fundraising and securing income for their organisations, detracting them from their core activity of delivering solutions to the tough problems that they seek to solve.
Greater Share was created to focus on this issue and create incremental flows of philanthropy, delivered over the long term as unrestricted funding to a carefully selected portfolio of high impact charities so they can focus on what they do best.
Working with a range of partners and funders we have come together to imagine, develop and deliver Greater Share. We have now raised $50m for our first fund focused on education. Funding to the charities has already begun and our objective of helping NGO’s focus on their mission and spending less time worrying about funding is beginning to come to life.
We are looking to appoint an Executive Director to support us in moving from a start up to a grown up. The Director will work closely with the Chair and the wider Board and Advisory Committees to support us in our aim to use profit for purpose. You will thrive in building relationships and managing stakeholders, you will be curious about social financing models and you will be interested in strategy and delivery in equal measure.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is passionate about addressing some of the world’s biggest challenge in interesting and innovative ways. The role is hugely flexible and will need someone highly entrepreneurial, who is a self-starter in approach. We are looking for someone who can bring senior level experience with a track record of high-quality execution to this role. If you are a committed and collaborative individual who can bring exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills, we want to hear from you.
