Family Business UK (FBUK) is the largest organisation in the UK dedicated solely to supporting, representing and championing family businesses. We play a critical role in increasing awareness and understanding of the sector, influencing government policy, and championing the model of private business and family firms. This is an exciting time to join FBUK, at a pivotal time in the organisation’s history. We are embarking on a new and ambitious direction of travel, and are looking to recruit individuals who are ambitious, commercially minded and driven to create change and have an impact. We are seeking two Business Development Executives to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and enhance the value we provide to our members.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of FBUK’s network, playing a crucial role in attracting new members. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential members, showcasing the benefits of FBUK’s offering, and ensuring strong, long-term relationships that support the organisation’s sustainability and impact.

Candidates will be proactive and results-driven, with experience in sales, partnerships, or business development. This is a dynamic and varied position, and we are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, personable, and confident in engaging with senior stakeholders.
