We are now looking for an exceptional individual to join as our new Executive Director, Markets and Opportunities. Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Director will work with colleagues to lead the Institute effectively, ensuring a focus on purpose, performance, and value for money. They will directly ensure sustainable growth through developing and implementing commercial strategies, and driving marketing initiatives to enhance member engagement and expand the Institute’s reach. The remit of this role covers: Marketing, Events, Sales (UK & International) and Customer Success.

The ideal candidate will bring a track record of developing and executing strategic plans for driving sustainable growth and fostering innovation. With strong business acumen they should bring effective leadership and stakeholder management skills, including with members, partners, industry organisations, and regulatory bodies. The successful candidate will also have experience in developing and implementing international growth strategies, capable of identifying and capitalising on emerging opportunities with a commercial and forward-looking mindset.
