Central Services is at the heart of the Bank, and comprises Technology, Shared Services and People functions. We are in the process of implementing our Central Services 2025 (CS2025) transformation programme, which will unlock the professionalism of our central functions to better enable the mission of the Bank and improve everyone’s experience of Central Services. This is an ambitious three-year change programme led by the Bank’s Chief Operating Officer, Ben Stimson and overseen by the Bank’s Governor, Andrew Bailey and Chair of Court, David Roberts.
CS2025 now needs an experienced change and transformation leader to take on the role of Director of Programme to drive the delivery of the programme.
Candidates for this pivotal role will have experience of delivering operational change in an organisation of equivalent scale and complexity. The successful candidate will be a strong and resilient leader who can provide clear direction, challenge existing ways of doing things, and motivate teams to perform at their best. They will be experienced problem solvers, used to managing complexity and ambiguity. Skilled communicators and collaborators with the ability to engage and influence all levels of seniority, candidates will generate enthusiasm for change, and build strong relationships with key senior stakeholders.
