The Opportunity: Chief Executive Officer
We are looking for an exceptional and strategic leader to serve as our next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a high-performing and ambitious Trust through its next stage of development, building on a strong educational vision and strategy. As CEO, you will be responsible for embedding the Trust’s vision and values, delivering our strategic goals, and ensuring the highest standards of educational excellence across all schools. Working closely with the senior leadership team and the Board of Trustees, you will oversee all operations, drive innovation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

To succeed as CEO, you must embody the Anthem Way, a set of codified principles and expectations for curriculum, assessment and pedagogy. We are looking for a leader with a track record of successful senior leadership to align with Anthem’s value of Excellence.
Our leader must have the ability to develop and articulate a compelling vision and support all those who work at the trust in their own learning and development. They will be a Partnership Builder: with the right levels of experience in strategic financial and risk management aligned to our commitment of Integrity.
