Hestia Life Beyond Crisis
Executive Director of Services

Hestia is a leading charity dedicated to supporting adults and children in times of crisis. With a history spanning over five decades, we provide vital services to those struggling with mental health challenges, victims and survivors of domestic abuse and modern slavery, those leaving prison and more. We believe in the transformative impact of positive human connections and relationships. Our experience and expertise is in supporting people to recover from crisis and trauma and to find safety, hope and purpose.

You will foster an operational environment that encourages innovation and the development of new service models and the delivery of high-quality services.
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate leader with proven senior leadership experience in delivering recovery-focused and trauma-informed services. You will be a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and exceptional relationship-building skills.
