VIVID has appointed Andrew Binnie, Caroline Stockmann and Abirami Kee to its Board as it continues its transformation of customer services, and investment in existing and new homes.
Andrew, Caroline and Abirami will join the Board at an exciting time, continuing the mission to remain as one of the largest providers of new affordable housing in the sector. Their appointments reflect VIVID’s commitment to enhancing its governance and strategic capabilities.

Andrew Binnie is a seasoned corporate finance leader with nearly 30 years of experience, from corporate finance, treasury, and capital markets. Andrew is a fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and the current Group Treasury Director of BT Group plc, playing a pivotal role in funding BT’s transformative capital investment plan to digitise the UK with a fibre optic and 5G mobile network. Andrew has a wealth of experience from mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, transformation, and financial controlling. He is passionate about supporting VIVID’s mission to provide more affordable homes and aware the impact that this can have on society.
Caroline Stockmann has a distinguished career in finance and corporate strategy, with a strong background in not-for-profit organisations. Previously she was Chief Executive of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and has a portfolio career across several organisations, including the Bank of England. Her strategic insights and leadership experience will support VIVID in achieving its mission of providing safe, affordable housing for all.
Abirami Kee’s expertise is in strategic capital raising, corporate finance, and risk management. She has led raising over $135 billion across multiple currencies, deploying judgement in navigating complex and dynamic market conditions. Additionally, she has executed over $80 billion in acquisition finance transactions and advises companies on corporate finance strategy and capital structure optimisation. She is passionate about leveraging private capital to drive positive social impact.
