Director of Corporate Services
Hightown Housing Association provides homes and support services to people who cannot afford to buy or rent at market rates. We operate across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire and currently own and manage over 8,500 homes. We also run 85 care and support services providing support for people with learning disabilities and mental health needs and people who are homeless.
Each year we develop around 500 new affordable homes which makes us one of the fastest growing housing associations. We employ over 1,000 staff and have an annual turnover of £126 million. We are now looking to appoint a new Director of Corporate Services to lead and deliver the range of central functions that are critical to the effectiveness of Hightown’s operations and to the delivery and development of our future plans.
The new Director of Corporate Services will have responsibility across the following areas: IT, Business Support, Communications, Governance, Health and Safety and Human Resources. They will ensure that our front line staff are fully supported by Hightown’s central services teams and that we have effective systems to run the business and engage with our residents and service users. The successful candidate will be capable of contributing fully at a strategic level to the corporate governance of the Association, developing and sustaining our offer to our staff and key partners and promoting Hightown to internal and external stakeholders.
