With a sound knowledge of effective educational policies, practices and trends, they will have experience of initiating and implementing change to sustain academic excellence and identify areas for improvement. They will have a clear commitment to art, music and drama, sport and other curriculum enhancement, as well as sympathy with the School’s ethos and approach to life.
