But we won’t stop there. We want to be there for everyone who needs a transplant; from finding a match, through every step of a patient’s transplant journey. And together we can reach the remarkable day when we can save the lives of everyone with blood cancer.

We are at an exciting and pivotal time at Anthony Nolan as we embark on our new five year strategy and this role is one of immense opportunity. We’re looking for a Chief Engagement Officer to shape the future of our brand, through innovative and inclusive audience focused marketing and communications. In addition, and rather uniquely, you will also lead our Register Recruitment and Retention team, who are directly responsible for recruiting and retaining amazing lifesavers to our donor register, where we have over 800,000 members.  As part of the Senior Leadership Team, led by our CEO, you will make key decisions about our future, taking collective responsibility for the organisation’s leadership and ensuring our corporate strategy is delivered.

You will bring senior experience in strategic marketing and communications, including experience of digital communications and campaigns and ideally experience of looking after the recruitment and retention of customers or members. You will be adept at managing both internal and external stakeholders and be a creative and innovative thinker with strong team management experience. You will bring the ambition and enthusiasm to lead this crucial area in the next exciting stage in our journey saving lives.
