Victoria freelanced at Saxton Bampfylde for several years before officially joining the team in 2022, as a Project Coordinator working across a variety of sectors. She also works within the Leadership Services team, overseeing the coordination of all executive assessments and leadership development projects. Victoria balances her role at Saxton Bampfylde with her other life, as a professional actor and voiceover artist.
